What is development and commerce?
It is planning, building and improving the Shopify store, website or landing pages your customers use, so they can understand the offer and take the next step, and your team can manage the updates.
Should we rebuild or fix our current store?
Not always. A focused improvement may be enough. A rebuild makes sense when the current setup repeatedly gets in the way. We assess that before proposing the build.
Do you only build on Shopify?
Shopify is our main commerce platform. We also build WordPress business websites and content pages. Other platforms are discussed case by case.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the page list, functionality, content and approvals. The proposal sets out checkpoints and acceptance criteria once the inputs and dependencies are known.
Will we lose Google rankings when we migrate?
A planned migration maps old URLs to new ones with permanent redirects and carries titles, descriptions and structured data across. Rankings depend on more than the build, so we cannot guarantee them.
Can you connect our courier and WhatsApp?
Often, yes. Courier, payment, CRM and WhatsApp integrations are scoped separately, after checking what each provider supports.
Who owns the code and the store?
Your store and platform accounts stay under your control. Ownership and licensing of custom work are defined in the agreement.
Do you support the site after launch?
We provide an agreed editing walkthrough. Ongoing maintenance can be a separate monthly arrangement. Bug fixes and new features are different types of work; your proposal defines the support period and boundaries.
Can you also bring the traffic?
Yes. Performance marketing is our other core service, so the store, campaigns and tracking can be planned together when you need both.
Can you migrate our store to Shopify?
Yes, as a separately scoped project. We plan products, customers, content and URL redirects, and check tracking and search visibility around the switch.
