AI marketing and automation

Less repetitive work. More room to think.

AI is useful when it supports a task your team already understands. We help turn research, drafting, reporting and recurring coordination into clearer workflows.

  • Practical workflows, not experiments
  • Built on tools you already use
  • People review the important steps

You are probably here because

Does this sound like your week?

  • Your team spends hours every week copying numbers into reports.
  • Everyone uses AI differently, and nobody checks the output.
  • Product descriptions and support tickets are written and tagged by hand.
  • Data sits in tools that do not talk to each other.
  • You are not sure which AI tools are worth paying for.

The problem

Why does AI not save teams more time?

Most teams try AI one prompt at a time. The result is uneven quality, data shared without thought and very little time actually saved.

We start with a task your team already understands, structure its inputs and outputs, and decide where a person needs to review the result.

What this cannot fix on its own

What can this not fix on its own?

  • A strategy problem. AI speeds up the work; it does not decide what the work should be.
  • Messy data. Automation repeats mistakes faster until the data is cleaned.
  • Judgement. Brand voice, creative calls and commercial decisions stay with people.

FAQ

What do teams ask about AI marketing and automation?

What is AI marketing and automation?

It is using AI tools and automation to do repetitive marketing work faster, such as reporting, research, content versions and data clean-up, with a person reviewing every output. The aim is time back for the team, not replacing the judgement that makes marketing work.

Does automation replace judgement?

No. We define what can run routinely, what needs review and what happens when an input or service fails.

Which tools do you use?

We start with the tools you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, HubSpot, Klaviyo or Zapier, and only add new ones when they earn their place.

Is our data safe?

We use business accounts, keep customer data out of tools that train on it, and agree access rules with you in writing before any workflow goes live.

Do you build your own AI?

No. We build workflows on established tools and do not claim proprietary technology. That keeps them cheaper to run and easier for your team to maintain.

What do we need to provide?

Your current process, the output you want, safe sample data, team permissions and the person who signs off the work.

Is AI-written content bad for SEO?

Unedited, generic AI content is rarely useful to readers. Drafts that are checked, corrected and enriched with first-hand detail by your team are a different matter.

Do you build AI agents?

For narrow jobs with clear rules, sometimes. For most marketing teams, a supervised workflow with defined permissions and review is safer than an autonomous agent.

How much does it cost?

The fee is set by the agreed scope after a free preliminary diagnosis. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms, and third-party costs are listed separately in the proposal.
