I started BLITZ Campaign because marketing stopped making sense.

For more than a decade I have worked across performance marketing, ecommerce, websites, Shopify, analytics, CRM and digital growth. And I kept seeing the same problem.

Did it grow the business?

The advertising team blamed the website. The website team blamed the traffic. Creative reported engagement. Media reported ROAS. Analytics showed another number. And management wanted to know one thing: did it grow the business?

That question became the foundation for BLITZ Campaign.

Growth rarely breaks inside one department.

It breaks between them. You can have excellent advertising driving traffic to a weak website, beautiful creative promoting the wrong offer, a fast Shopify store with no real acquisition strategy, a sophisticated CRM collecting customers nobody knows how to acquire, or AI producing hundreds of assets without a strong idea behind any of them.

Each part may be technically correct. The system can still be commercially wrong. I wanted BLITZ Campaign to work differently: one team looking across Growth × Creative × Tech, because that is how the customer experiences the brand.

From performance marketing to the whole growth system.

BLITZ Campaign began in 2018 with performance: Meta, Google, media buying, campaign optimisation, conversions and numbers. Running campaigns taught me something important: you eventually hit the limit of what advertising alone can fix.

  • If the offer is weak, fix the offer.
  • If the creative is tired, fix the creative.
  • If the store does not convert, fix the store.
  • If tracking is unreliable, fix the tracking.
  • If customers disappear after their first purchase, fix the lifecycle.

That thinking grew BLITZ Campaign from a performance marketing operation into what it is today: Growth × Creative × Tech, one connected capability from the first impression to the final conversion.

Then AI changed the speed of everything.

AI is one of the biggest productivity shifts our industry has seen. We can research, prototype, build, create, analyse and automate faster. That is powerful. But when everyone has access to similar technology, speed alone stops being the advantage. Judgement becomes the advantage:

  • Knowing what problem is worth solving.
  • Knowing which insight matters.
  • Knowing what customers actually care about.
  • Knowing when AI should do the work, and when a person should.
  • Knowing which number decides whether the idea survives.

AI can accelerate the answer. It cannot replace asking the right question. That is why our philosophy stays deliberately simple: marketing should make more sense.

Why BLITZ Campaign ?

The traditional idea of a blitz campaign is concentrated action designed to create impact quickly. That resonated with me, but BLITZ Campaign became more than a description of campaign speed. For us it means focus: a clear objective, a clear audience, a strong idea, connected execution, fast learning and accountability to an outcome.

Brands rarely need another long strategy deck. They need to know where they are, what is stopping them, what to do next, who owns it, and whether it worked.

What I want BLITZ Campaign to become.

Not the biggest agency. Not an outsourced department factory. I want BLITZ Campaign to be the team ambitious brands call when they need to connect the pieces: a company where strategists understand technology, developers understand conversion, creative understands performance, media buyers understand the customer journey, and AI works quietly underneath to make all of them better.

A place where brands can come with a business problem instead of guessing which agency service they need, and where we are comfortable saying “advertising isn’t your problem” when advertising isn’t the problem.

If we cannot explain what we are trying to change, why we believe it will work and how we will measure it, we probably should not be doing it.
