Performance marketing
Give your advertising a business plan.
Campaigns need more than a budget and a launch button. We help connect what you sell, who should care and what happens after someone clicks.
- Goals linked to sales or qualified enquiries
- Your ad accounts stay under your control
- No forced retainer

You are probably here because
Does this sound like your week?
- ROAS has fallen for a quarter and nobody can say why.
- Meta and Shopify report different sales numbers.
- More budget buys fewer orders.
- Winning ads stop working within a week.
- Your agency reports clicks and reach, not revenue.
The problem
Ecommerce needs a fuller picture.
Orders, cancellations, returns and repeat purchases can tell a different story from the ad dashboard. Where your data allows, we review those alongside advertising performance.
For COD businesses, placed orders and completed sales should be understood separately. Tracking improvements depend on the platform, available order data and the agreed implementation.
What we check besides the ad account
01
Creative
Is the ad still working, or has the audience seen it too often? We check how long each idea lasts and when it needs replacing.
02
Landing page and store
Does the page match the ad, load fast on mobile and show price, delivery and returns without scrolling?
03
Offer
Is the price, bundle or delivery promise strong enough to win the order, without training buyers to wait for a discount?
04
Product feed
Are titles, images, prices and stock in the Shopping and catalogue feeds correct, so Google and Meta show the right products?
05
Tracking
Do Meta, Google, GA4 and the store count the same orders? If not, the platforms learn from the wrong buyers.
06
Conversion rate
Where do visitors leave between product page, cart and checkout, and is that a page problem or a traffic problem?

What this cannot fix on its own
What can this not fix on its own?
- A product people do not want at its current price. Media only makes that visible faster.
- A store that takes eight seconds to load on mobile. Fix the page before buying more clicks.
- Measurement that cannot tell placed orders from completed sales. That needs fixing alongside the campaigns.
Examples
Can we show you how this would work for you?
Client examples will be published when approved for sharing. In a free preliminary diagnosis we look at your business, marketing and website and explain where we would start.
FAQ
What do buyers ask about performance marketing?
What is performance marketing?
Performance marketing is paid advertising planned and judged against business results, such as sales or qualified enquiries, rather than reach alone. The offer, creative, website and measurement all affect those results.
What does performance marketing cost?
The fee is set by the agreed scope after a free preliminary diagnosis. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms, and third-party costs are listed separately in the proposal.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the starting point, the offer, the budget and how much the account needs to learn. We agree review points in the scope rather than promise a fixed timeline.
Can you work with a small budget?
Yes, we assess whether a focused campaign is realistic. The right starting budget depends on your market, offer, margins and learning needs. We do not apply one threshold to every business.
Do we keep the ad accounts?
Your advertising and platform accounts stay under your control, and our access is granted for the agreed work. Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in the agreement.
Do you guarantee ROAS?
No. We agree goals and explain what we can influence. Demand, pricing, competition, stock and delivery also affect the result.
Do you make the ad creative too?
Only when it is listed in your scope. We identify creative and website requirements early so campaign costs do not come as a surprise.
Do you work with cash-on-delivery stores?
Yes. Placed orders, confirmed orders and completed sales are different stages. We review what can be measured and connected before proposing a delivered-order signal.
Do you lock us into a contract?
No. There is no forced retainer. Scope and notice period are agreed in writing before any work starts, and ownership of deliverables is defined in the agreement.
Do you only manage the ad account?
No. When results fall, the cause may sit outside the ad account: tired creative, a mismatched landing page, the offer, the product feed or measurement. We review the relevant areas and agree what is in scope.
Do you use AI to run the ads?
AI speeds up the repetitive work: reporting, research, creative versions and copy variations. People decide the strategy, the budget, the creative direction and what goes live, and they check the work before it runs.
