Fix paid media performance

Spending on ads, but unsure what needs fixing?

A weaker result may come from the offer, creative, traffic quality, measurement or what happens on the website. We review the available picture before recommending changes.

  • Tracking, creative and page checked together
  • Evidence before budget changes
  • No forced retainer

Symptoms

Does this sound like your account?

  • ROAS has fallen and nobody can say why
  • Meta reports sales your Shopify dashboard does not
  • Winning ads stop working within a week
  • CPM rising while CTR falls
  • More budget buys fewer orders
  • Explanations stop at “the algorithm is learning”

Root causes

What could be causing it?

Possible causes to check. The order depends on the evidence in your account.

01

Broken or partial tracking

Pixel without Conversions API, duplicate events or COD orders counted at checkout, so the platform optimises for the wrong buyer.

02

Creative fatigue

A few ads carrying most of the spend, rising frequency and no new ideas for a while.

03

Landing-page leak

Slow mobile pages, a price that is hard to find, or an offer that does not match the ad.

04

Account structure

Too many ad sets splitting the budget, so nothing leaves the learning phase.

What we check

What do we check?

Goal and sales definition, recent business and advertising changes, offer and margins, creative, the page journey, measurement quality, and team approval and fulfilment capacity.

01

Read the signal

Compare platform results with store and, where relevant, courier data, using the information available.

02

Read the creative

Rank ads by spend, frequency and hook rate; find where fatigue started.

03

Read the page

Open the top ads on a phone and check how quickly the price and offer become clear.

04

Rank the leaks

Written priorities, with the suggested next step and who would own it.

The fix

What happens next?

01

Free preliminary review

A free preliminary review identifies priorities.

02

Scoped account work

Deeper account work, such as measurement repairs, is scoped and quoted separately.

03

Implementation

Agreed structure, creative and page changes, with quantities defined in the proposal.

04

Review

Budget decisions based on evidence, with written reviews at agreed points. Ongoing management is scoped separately.

What you get

What can the scope include?

  • A tracking, creative and page review
  • Measurement repairs, where feasible
  • Creative concepts, in agreed quantities
  • Account structure changes
  • Landing-page recommendations or changes
  • Reporting at an agreed frequency

Pricing

What does it cost?

Free diagnosis first

Fee set by scope after the diagnosis

The fee depends on the agreed scope, so we confirm it after a free preliminary diagnosis. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms. Software, production and other third-party costs are separate unless the proposal includes them.

How pricing works

When this is not your problem

When is this not your problem?

  • Sales fell because of stock, price or a competitor’s launch. Media changes will not fix that, and we will say so.
  • Your budget cannot yet support a meaningful test. A focused review may be a better first step.

FAQ

Why is my ROAS dropping?

Why is my ROAS dropping?

There are several possible causes: measurement changes, tired creative, the landing page, the offer, demand, or a structure that splits budget too thin. We check the evidence before changing campaigns.

How long does the fix take?

It depends on the cause and the scope. We agree review points rather than promise a recovery date.

Will you increase our budget?

Only when the evidence supports it. We agree how budget decisions are made in the scope.

Do you need access to our ad accounts?

Not for the free review. If scoped work needs access, we ask for suitable roles through invitations. You stay the owner and can remove access at any time.

What if the problem is the product or price?

We will say so, with the evidence. Media changes cannot rescue an offer the market does not want at that price.

Does this work for cash-on-delivery stores?

Yes. Placed orders and completed sales are different stages; we review what can be measured before proposing a delivered-order signal.

Do you make new creative?

Only when it is in scope. Concepts, formats and quantities are agreed in the proposal.

What does it cost?

The fee is set by the agreed scope after a free preliminary diagnosis. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms, and third-party costs are listed separately in the proposal.

What if ROAS does not improve?

We review the results against the agreed goals at the agreed points, explain what we learned, and you decide the next step. There is no guarantee of a particular ROAS.
