How do you calculate AOV?

AOV = revenue ÷ orders for the same period and channel. Exclude refunds and cancelled COD orders for a true figure.

Why does AOV matter?

A higher AOV lets you afford a higher cost per acquisition. Bundles, thresholds for free delivery and cross-sells are the usual levers.
