Is the fee agreed up front?
Yes. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before any work starts. If the scope changes, we agree the change with you first.
What’s the smallest project you take?
The fee is set by scope after a free diagnosis.
Should I book a diagnosis instead?
If you know the symptom but not the fix, yes. The diagnosis is free and suggests where to focus.
Do you sign NDAs?
Confidentiality can be agreed before you share anything sensitive. Mention it in your message.
How do payments work?
Payment terms and currency are agreed in writing with the scope.
Who owns the work?
Your platform accounts stay under your control. Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in the agreement.
Can we add a monthly retainer later?
Yes. You can start with one focused project and discuss ongoing support later. There is no forced retainer.
